We recently held two high-impact meetings in Kuwait as part of our regional IP enforcement efforts. At the Ministry of Commerce, discussions focused on trademark enforcement and complaint filing procedures. We received strong feedback, resulting in an agreement to begin AAA-led trainings later this year. The meeting with Kuwait Customs reaffirmed AAA’s role in receiving a higher number of customs notifications on behalf of clients, which helps us streamline enforcement procedures and support stronger market oversight. Upon their request, they expressed urgency in moving forward with training workshops, which we launched just a few days ago for their inspection teams. We thank both authorities for their ongoing collaboration toward a safer trade environment and stronger trademark protection.
